Howard University Musical Theatre Class of 2022

Chafik J. Waddy hails from Philadelphia, PA. He is a recent graduate from the Chadwick A. Boseman College of Fine Arts, where he earned his BFA in Musical Theatre. Some of his credits at Howard include Urinetown, Lysistrata (Howard Players), and The Guy and Hues: A Student Choreography Showcase. Chafik has interned with Broadway Dreams since 2019 serving as a performance apprentice. When he’s not impersonating Toni Braxton and Whitney Houston in the mirror, you can catch him hanging out with his siblings or by the water.
